Information you give us
- Name, email address and company name when you sign up
- Your role (advertiser or publisher) and your password, which is stored in hashed form and which we cannot read
- Campaign requests and anything you write to your account manager or through the contact form
Information about campaign activity
- Campaign performance figures, such as clicks, conversions, revenue and payout, entered and maintained by our team
- Which campaigns you have requested or been approved for, and the status of those requests
Technical information
- A sign-in session cookie that keeps you logged in
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website
- We do not collect payment card details on this website

Inside the platform
- Our admins and your assigned account manager can see your account details and activity
- Publishers see campaigns they are approved for and their own results
- Advertisers see their own campaigns and the results delivered to them
Service providers
We use providers to run the website. Your information is stored with them only to provide the service.
- Supabase, for sign-in and the database
- Vercel, for hosting the website
- Google Fonts and Google icon fonts, loaded by your browser to display text and icons, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the platform.
Your rights and how long we keep data
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will act on a request unless we need to keep some records for accounting, legal or dispute reasons.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to pay you, report results and settle disputes. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Updates to this policy
If we start tracking clicks and conversions automatically, we will update this policy before that starts so you can see what is collected. We will change the date at the top of this page whenever the policy changes.
