Policy
Traffic Quality Policy
The standards we expect from publishers and advertisers, so results stay honest for everyone. This is a summary. The full terms are in the agreement you accept.
Publishers
What publishers agree to
Welcome
- Real people reaching offers through content, email, social or communities you own
- Honest descriptions of the offer
- Following any campaign-specific rules, such as geography or allowed channels
- Telling your account manager about changes in how you promote
Not allowed
- Bots, scripts, fake or purchased traffic
- Incentivised clicks, signups or leads unless the campaign allows it in writing
- Cookie stuffing, hidden redirects or forced clicks
- Misleading or false claims about the offer or the advertiser
- Self-conversions, fake leads or duplicated submissions
- Bidding on an advertiser's brand terms unless it is allowed
Advertisers
What advertisers agree to
Truthful offers
The offer, price and terms you give publishers must match what customers see.
Fair review
Conversions are reviewed against the agreed definition. A rejected conversion comes with a reason.
Clear terms
Payout rates and billing details are agreed in writing before a campaign starts.
Enforcement
When rules are not followed
Review
If traffic looks invalid, we may review the affected conversions before they become payable.
Action
Invalid conversions may be rejected, earnings may be withheld, and campaigns or accounts may be paused or removed.
Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, raise it with your account manager. We review it and reply with a reason.
Reporting a concern
